By accessing the Tivaji platform, opening an account, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read the full document before signing up for the first time.

Tivaji is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. We serve users in Bangladesh and other approved countries. Registrations from countries where online gaming is legally prohibited will not be accepted.

The following conditions must be met to open an account on Tivaji:

• Age Restriction: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and the balance forfeited.
• One Account: Only one account is allowed per person. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same NID, mobile number, or device will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Accurate Information: The name, mobile number, and ID details provided at registration must be completely accurate. Incorrect information will cause issues during account verification.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (Know Your Customer) is mandatory before making a withdrawal. You'll need to upload your national ID or passport along with a selfie.
• Security: It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials confidential. Allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.

All bets placed on tivaji are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Please review the odds and terms carefully before placing your bet.

• Bet Limits: Each match and market has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed on the odds screen.
• Live Betting: Odds may change during a live match. The odds at the time of bet submission are considered final.
• Cash Out: Cash out is available during live matches. However, Tivaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend the cash out feature under certain circumstances.
• Cancelled Matches: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. In an accumulator, the cancelled event will be removed and the remaining odds will be used to settle the bet.
• Odds Error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Tivaji reserves the right to void those bets.
• Accumulator Bet: An accumulator bet is won only if every selection is correct. A single incorrect pick results in the entire bet being lost.

Tivaji regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus amount and terms are subject to change from time to time.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The specified wagering requirement must be met first (typically 5–10x the bonus amount).
• Time Limit: Every bonus offer has an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time, unless an exception is stated in the specific offer.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or false information to claim bonus offers will result in the forfeiture of all associated accounts and balances.

You can deposit and withdraw on Tivaji via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Tivaji does not charge any additional fees on transactions.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (across all three methods).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Timeframe: Usually within 15 minutes. During peak times, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal Verification: Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is approved.
• To your own number: Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Large Withdrawals: Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may be subject to additional verification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Tivaji platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through artificial means (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or manipulate the platform's systems.
• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds.
• Deceiving or harassing other users.
• Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

Tivaji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• For violations of the Terms & Conditions.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• When the user submits a self-exclusion request.

Users may request to close their account at any time. If there is a valid balance remaining, the opportunity to withdraw will be provided before the closure is processed.

Tivaji believes betting is for entertainment — it should never be a source of financial stress or addiction. We place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: If you need a short break, you can pause your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: There is an option to take a long-term or permanent break from the platform.
• Reality Check: You can enable session reminders at set intervals by going to Settings.

For any dispute, you should first attempt to resolve it through Tivaji's customer support. The support team will provide a written decision within 72 hours. If the matter remains unresolved, you may escalate it to the licensing authority.
